Asset Management We offer a wide range of investment products across a variety of asset classes, to cater for all investment styles. We manage global and regional portfolios, mutual funds, and other investment vehicles for institutions, corporations and individuals worldwide. Bright Horizon Securities is a leading global investment manager serving a diverse universe of institutional and private investors worldwide. Our clients have access to investment products ranging from one of the largest platforms of alternative investments to multi asset class offerings. We manage portfolios, funds, and other investment vehicles, drawing on the expertise of portfolio professionals based in 21 developed and emerging market centres around the world, as well as joint ventures established with prominent partners. Alternative Investments Clients have access to private equity, hedge funds, commodities, and other alternative investment products. Our Alternative Investments business is also one of the world's leading placement agents in alternative assets, raising capital for third-party managers. Private Equity There are a variety of ways to invest in private equity. One is to take a direct holding in a privately held company that needs additional capital to grow; another way is to aggregate investor capital in a private equity fund, which may then be used to take stakes in actively managed "portfolios" of selected companies. Private equity funds often service the needs of financing for leveraged buyouts, in which the company is acquired by a new ownership team p using borrowed capital. We offer opportunities across a range of strategies, sectors and regions. Hedge Funds We offer proprietary single manager hedge funds to eligible clients, as well as fund of hedge funds products. While most single manager hedge funds require an initial minimum investment in excess of USD 250,000, fund of hedge funds products invest in a portfolio of hedge funds, and may have lower minimum entry levels. |
